Allows you to remove glued car windows without damaging the surrounding parts, remove moldings, logos, stickers, vinyl, heat and unscrew rusted nuts, rods, joints, brackets, clamps, heat levers for landing ball joints, burn silent blocks without a gas burner, remove the anti-gravel coating. Helps eliminate jams and unlock stuck parts. VOLNA heater allows you to perform repairs safely, without using an open flame. Induction heating of the parts is carried out contactless, by the magnetic field of the appropriate tool for the required task. Interchangeable emitter inductors are high-frequency chokes with a discontinuous core field. When a metal part approaches the poles, it fills the gap in the core and induced Foucault currents begin to flow through the metal. Since the metal has a significant resistance (compared to copper, for example), under the influence of these currents, it quickly and strongly heats up to the Curie point. This is a temperature of about 750 degrees Celsius. After this threshold, induction heating is slower because the iron loses its magnetic properties and the resistance of the metal to flowing current decreases sharply. But, in fact, it is hardly necessary to reach higher temperatures for repair work.

The apparatus VOLNA 5000 works both in the network 220V, and in networks with a voltage of 110-120V, while its power is reduced to the level that provides well-known analogues in the network 220V.

The AFC&F (Auto Frequency and Phase Control) system automatically keeps the inductor circuit in resonance regardless of the size and geometry of the sample to be heated, the control of the unit is reduced to setting the required power level at % of maximum by using the two "+" and "-" buttons. The heating power can be adjusted from 5% to 100%. At minimum power, the VOLNA heats about as well as Chinese toys with wire spirals at full power.
