Description
The upgraded MIKROSHA-2000 from 10.06.2020 is produced in a new case with a convenient handle and a thumb button.
The induction heater MICROSHA-2000 is used in repair shops and workshops. It is designed for heating metal parts: nuts, bolts, levers, rods and flat iron surfaces under the influence of an alternating magnetic field in the inductor. In this regard, MICROSHA-2000 finds its application for auto service - for unlocking joints, in workshops - for HFI heating of small workpieces for hardening, as well as for heating and bending of metal bars. The operating principle is based on creating eddy currents in the heated part, and since the metal has a significant resistance to the electric current flowing through it, it heats up like a nichrome wire, only contactless, absorbing the energy of the field emitter. MIKROSHA-2000 induction heating unit is completed with several removable inductors of different diameter for more efficient transfer of power to the heated part. To work with tractions on which it is physically impossible to put a "spiral" inductor, as they are screwed on both sides, a flexible inductor is designed which is wound (2-4 coils) on the workpiece and then its ends are fixed by clamping screws with plastic winglets in the output clamps of the device. Why is it necessary to have several interchangeable inductors "a la Soviet boiling kettle"? The point is that the power of the induction heater is most effectively transferred to the part only when it occupies the largest volume of the inductor-helix. That is, you need one inductor for a 10 nut and another for a 22 nut. No problem, you can heat a 10 nut with a larger diameter inductor as well, but the process will take longer. In addition, when the field concentration is low, slow heating will also heat the bolt on which the rusty nut sits and the effect of the expanded nut on a cold stud will be minimized, because the bolt or stud will also be red.
The MIKROSHA-2000 induction flameless heater has a power of 2000 watts (2.0 KW), which is twice the power of the Chinese "stick" sold on ali. This allows it to heat the nut faster to get it out of place while the bolt is relatively cold. The Chinese is 40 centimeters long, our unit is 14.5 cm. Of course, I agree that it is more similar to a nano-crystalline welder, but this is due to the fact that to get the real power I had to put good radiators for cooling transistors converter, a more powerful and bulky fan and the power transformer of nano crystal material, the same size as in the welding machine MICROSH-160. Only in the induction heater, unlike the welder, does not use PWM, but resonance with auto-tuned frequency and phase. Resonant frequency automatically varies depending on the diameter of the inductor and the introduction of metal in the range of 20 - 50 kHz (kilohertz). This is ultrasonic. All welding inverters operate at these frequencies. Do not confuse with the microwave and smartphone - they work at gigahertz, ie, the frequency in these devices a million times higher and fries from the phone directly to the brain. Here, however, the frequency is low, the main thing is not to work with rings and bracelets on your hands. The circuit we used in the apparatus of flameless heating MIKROSHA-2000 is domestic, in its basis from military power sources, operating for many years. On the video you can see the stuffing of Chinese and our apparatuses. Foreigner is made according to the parallel resonant circuit scheme, which our Asian friends borrowed from the European patent https://patents.google.com/patent/EP2608634A1/en with its shortcomings. The MICROSHA is a series resonant circuit with resonant capacitors in the primary winding of the transformer. My patent is in the photo. Unlike the "stick" our baby has no kilovolt voltage on the transistors (which is fraught with dust breakdown). Transistors we put German company Infineon, as better simply does not exist. The printed circuit board is covered, as well as on all our machines, by the compound "Viksint-PK68". On the inductors is a stocking-tube made of ceramic heat-resistant thread to isolate the coils between themselves and the part. In case of thread abrasion and short circuit between the coils, the induction heater is safe. MIKROSHA-2000 is also short-circuit-proof and protection against accidental switching on without inductor-emitter, and small dimensions of induction heater allow to operate the device in hard-to-reach places. The powerful LED turns on when the "heat" button is pressed, illuminating the work area, so you don't have to use a flashlight under the car to heat nuts and bolts. Buy induction heater MICROSHA-2000 will greatly facilitate your work, reducing the useless work and wasted time fighting with "stuck" nuts and bolts. In addition, it is also possible to heat bearings for seating. For this purpose, an inductor of suitable diameter is inserted with a "spiral" inside the bearing ring and is heated by the external radiation field of the inductor. For hardening small parts: place the section to be heated inside the inductor and heat it to the recommended temperature for a particular steel grade, usually around 800 degrees Celsius. For bending rods, choose a suitable diameter inductor or wind it yourself using the samples provided. A considerable high-frequency current, about 210 amperes, flows through the inductors made of copper wire. Of course, this causes serious heating of both the inductors themselves and their mounting pads, as well as the windings of the power transformer. Plus the radiation from the red-hot metal. It concerns both our and Chinese devices, that is why the load percentage of such heaters is ПН=50%. We recommend working in cycles - up to 2 minutes heating, 2 minutes cooling. If the thermal mode is not observed, the plastic thumbs on the fixing screws may melt and the transformer windings may overheat. Practice shows that 20-60 seconds is enough for induction heating of the part to 800 degrees, depending on the size. The upgraded units have a thermostat in the new housing, which turns off the device after 2 minutes of continuous heating. This time can fluctuate to one side or the other, depending on the temperature of the ambient air. Turning the thermostat back on occurs after 30-40 seconds, so it is set up that its hysteresis is about 20 degrees, i.e. for example heating goes on with an air temperature of 30 degrees, within 2 minutes the temperature of the components reaches 70 degrees, the thermostat goes off, the device is blown, cooling to 50 degrees and the thermostat goes back on. It can't be set to a lower switchback temperature, like 30 degrees, because if the ambient air is 35 degrees, it will never switch back on until the weather changes. All this is to say that if immediately after reactivating the thermostat without waiting 2 minutes in total to turn the unit back on to heat, it will run for the same 30-40 seconds, not 2 minutes, until the next shutdown. Let it cool down. All this is due to enough power, packed compactly, so that you can work under the car in a confined space, so we do not recommend the unit for works with a long cycle of heating or noncontinuous convoy work. The MIKROSHA-3000 induction heater with dimensions of 14x14x15 cm is designed for these purposes, working with inductors made of copper tube for as long as possible.
